Our rentals are delivered straight to your door in our compostable bags and reusable boxes (because shipping must be mindful).
Don’t stress about cleaning. Leave it to us and our professionals. At the end of your rental, simply pop the item back into your reusable packaging with a preprinted + paid UPS label and drop it off at any UPS store.

How We Work
How do I return?
All returns are preprinted + paid with a UPS label. Simply package up your items in your reusable packaging and drop it off at your nearest UPS store.
Can I rent more than one piece at a time?
Yes, absolutely! In fact, we encourage it. Rent as many items as you want, especially for your holidays. Who needs the stress of shopping for a holiday anymore?
How soon can I get my outfit?
As soon as you would like within reason. As soon as you select your rental, we will have it shipped out to you. Please allow 3 - 4 days for shipping for peace of mind. We recommend booking as soon as possible to guarantee your outfit for the day of your event!
In a pinch, we totally get it. Life gets hectic and busy but we are here to help. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can try to expedite or courier your package directly to you.
How long can I rent my dress for?
4, 8 or 12 days

How will I know my outfit will arrive on time?
We are big on punctuality. If you’re at all worried that it may not come in time, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and there might be an option for expedited shipping, early pickup or in-person delivery.
What if my item doesn’t fit?
We’ve got you. Simply email us at email@example.com and we will try to find you another size or get you something else as soon as possible! After all, we want you to feel your best for any occasion. Just return the item the next day and let us worry about the rest.
What happens if I return my item late?
If you return your item late, you will be charged a late fee of $50 each day until the dress is returned. If you have not returned the dress within 10 days, we will charge you the full amount of the dress. To avoid this, please drop your items at your local post before 2pm on the date that is specified in your order confirmation, as someone else might have rented it right after you.
What happens if I lose my order?
We put a lot of love into choosing these dresses so if you lose your garment, we will have no choice but to charge you in full.
Do I need to clean the dress before I return it? … I may have stained my order.
Nope! We leave it to the professionals. We will handle the dry cleaning on our end. We’re dedicated to ensuring each dress is exceptionally clean and looks and feels new - every time you rent.
Can I purchase insurance?
Yes, you will have the option to purchase insurance upon checkout. Please note, this insurance is only for small accidents that can be fixed. Any major damages that deem the dress unwearable, you will be charged the full amount.
Do you allow try ons?
We don’t offer try ons, but if your dress does not fit once you receive it, send it back to us within 1 day and receive a store credit for a new dress.
What sizes will you carry?
We carry a variety of sizes but if you don’t see your size in a dress you love, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our purchasing team is working around the clock to ensure we have the dress you love in the size you like.
Can I purchase the dress after renting it?
As we continue to build a Collective, we want everyone to be able to experience the pieces you love.
Unfortunately, this means we are unable to sell our pieces during the season but make sure you sign up your email and stay tuned as we will be selling off our most loved items at the end of the season.
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds. However, we want to help you find the perfect piece for your special occasion! Email us at email@example.com and we will issue a store credit towards a new rental!
